Articles 60 et seq. of the Swiss Civil Code. It is neutral politically, and non-denominational.
The association shall pursue the following aim(s):
To investigate research and disseminate human rights issues of Sri Lanka in order to defend,
strengthen and enforce the human rights and democratic freedoms of all peoples of Sri Lanka;
To collect and preserve news, analysis, facts and figures on the human rights situation in Sri Lanka
